Why migrate
from 1C: PPM to 1C:ERP? Is it possible to do without?
In 2018, 1C took the 1C:Manufacturing Enterprise Management (MEM) system out of the price lists, and then announced that it would stop supporting the program by 2026. In place of the outdated solution for comprehensive automation, the firm offered the product 1C:ERP Enterprise Management - a flagship project with a number of technological and functional advantages.

Since both products are complex solutions that automate all parts of the business in large manufacturing enterprises, it is impossible to talk about a simple, typical transition from one program to another. The thing is that all the systems and processes of the software are adjusted for the working schemes, acquire individual features, integrate and grow to the level of complete subsystems. It is difficult to transfer all information and relationships without special knowledge.

Transition to the working base, staff training
At the next stage we refine the functionality of 1C: ERP, based on the regulatory documents (ToR). Upon completion we conduct testing and make adjustments if necessary. Throughout all stages we provide technical and consulting support.

At the same time we organize workplaces, install the latest configuration of 1C:ERP, configure options: general, for the user, access rights, directories, forms, reports, etc. We transfer the data according to the previously developed ToR, and at the end, we reconcile: check that the data in 1C:PPM and in 1C:ERP, as well as other sources (for example, MS Excel) are the same.

The penultimate stage is the launch of pilot, and then pilot operation. In the first case, the work takes place in the test mode with the data for previous periods. In the second - with real data.

The final stage is closing of parallel accounting, the transfer of functioning 1C:ERP system to customers.
